A film with Junior NTR and Meher Ramesh was announced by Vyjayanthi Movies Ashwini Dutt in the month of November.  The film was launched today at the famous Golf Court near Golconda in Hyderabad.  The film is titled Shakthi and the clap will be given by Dasari Narayana Rao.  K Raghavendra Rao switched on the camera, while the first shot was directed by VV Vinayak.The even was attended by Murali mohan, Atchireddy, SV Krishna reddy, Krishnamraju, Cameramen Sameer Reddy, Allu Aravind, B Gopal, C Kalyan, Suresh Babu, Rajamouli, Srinu Vaitla, Chota K Naidu, Cameramen S Gopal Reddy, ML Kumar Chowdhary, Vamsi Paidipally, Ramajogaiah Sastry, Anil Sunkara,  Ali and others. Meher Ramesh first directed NTR for his film Kanthri, which did an average business at the box office.  The second film in their combination will go on the floors for a regular shoot soon. The details of other star cast has not yet been announced.  However, it is Illeana who is playing the female lead.
